The Ebenex Group (EBX Event Solutions)
is a Singapore-based integrated event and AV production group, established locally since 2005. We provide cost-effective, plug-and-play event solutions across event conceptualization and content creation, event marketing and promotion, event production, audio-visual services, musical instrument sales and rental, venue technical management, training, and manpower support.
What We Do
EBX delivers end-to-end event production services in Singapore, designed to reduce fragmentation and cost across the event supply chain. Our teams support clients with concept development, show planning, technical production, AV systems, stage and show execution, and post-event strike—coordinated under one operational workflow.
Scale and Track Record
To date, the Group has supported close to 4,000 events across corporate conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, weddings, and private celebrations. Our production experience spans diverse formats—from intimate indoor setups to large-scale public events requiring high reliability and strict technical coordination.
Highlights
Our experience includes delivering event production services and backline support for major platforms such as the Singapore Grand Prix (SGP), the National Day Parade, and large festivals including Ultra, Laneway, and Neon Lights. These projects demand robust technical planning, disciplined execution, and dependable crew performance under live conditions.
EBX Live! — Promotion and Programming
Through our event promotion arm, EBX Live!, we have also brought in concert acts such as FireEx, Junny, Vertical Horizon, Paul Gilbert, and Yong Bang—supporting the region’s live entertainment ecosystem through programming and production delivery.
Venue Partnerships
We work closely with our venue partners, *SCAPE, CQ @ Clarke Quay, O School @ L5, SQ Collective, and Jump and Jam Centre to support technical production and operations —supporting events, rehearsals, and community programming with technical consistency and venue readiness.
Building the Ecosystem
To increase reliability and reduce execution friction, the Group has invested in related companies across the events ecosystem—strengthening integrated delivery from planning to production, crew, and technical support. This allows EBX to execute events “as one” aligned team, with fewer handovers and clearer accountability.
Community, Recognition, and National Contribution
The Group was nominated for the National Arts Council’s Patron of the Arts Awards in 2017. We have sponsored backline support for Esplanade’s Baybeats Festival and contribute to the local community through donations to local music charity SGMUSO, as well as sponsorship and event support for various initiatives, including serving as a Major Partner for National Day Parade in 2022, 2023, 2025, and 2026.
Leadership and Service
Group CEO David Ebenezer Toh serves the community across multiple civic and industry roles, including volunteering as a grassroots leader at Jalan Besar GRC, serving as an MCST Secretary, and as Vice Chairman of SGMUSO. He has extended his service in the Singapore Armed Forces, supports cultural community work as Head of Special Events for the Toh Clan Association, and completed the Company of Good Fellowship in 2022.

How long has Ebenex (EBX) been in business?
The Ebenex Group was established in 2005, beginning as Ebenex Music — a guitar store in Singapore. Over two decades, we have grown into an integrated event technology group with subsidiaries covering AV production, equipment retail, venue management, livestreaming, media, and talent training. Our roots in the music and events industry span more than 20 years.
What types of events does EBX support?
We support a wide range of event formats including live concerts and music festivals, corporate conferences and MICE events, brand activations and product launches, hybrid and virtual events, community events, exhibitions, weddings, and private functions. To date, the Ebenex Group has supported close to 4,000 events across Singapore and the region.
Does EBX provide full AV production or just equipment rental?
Both. EBX Productions offers full-service audio-visual production — including technical management, crew, and on-site support — as well as standalone equipment rental for clients with their own production teams. Our inventory includes one of the largest musical instrument backline collections in Singapore, alongside PA systems, lighting rigs, LED screens, staging, and livestream production setups.
Do you offer services outside Singapore?
Yes. The Ebenex Group has expanded regionally, with operations and partnerships in Malaysia, including our 828 Asia joint venture at Hatten City, Melaka. We have supported events across Asia. ETG Audiovisual, our corporate AV subsidiary, also has established regional partnerships across Southeast Asia.
Does Ebenex offer training for event production careers?
Yes. EBX Academy and our flagship youth programme Roxy Rockstars provide on-the-job training and job placement for aspiring event production professionals. Trainees gain hands-on experience working on real events alongside our professional crew, and are connected to placement opportunities within the Ebenex Group and our industry partner network.
